Finished dimensions
Length and width made to your measurement rather than rounded to a catalogue size. Maximum producible width and length are set by our equipment; confirmed once you send the size you need to check.
GSM
Beyond the six standard options, other GSM values can be produced subject to manufacturing capability. The producible range is confirmed at enquiry.
Colour
Blue, yellow and transparent are standard. Other colours are possible on made-to-order runs, subject to minimum quantity.
Eyelets and edge finishing
Eyelet arrangement and edge reinforcement can be specified. Standard eyelet material and spacing is confirmed at enquiry.
Packing
Fold, pack quantity and labelling configured to suit how you handle sheets at your end.
Branding

When custom is the cheaper option
Buyers often assume made-to-order costs more than buying standard. Over a repeating requirement it frequently costs less, because the alternative is buying the next size up and paying for material you fold away — every time.
If you buy the same cover size repeatedly and the nearest standard size is significantly larger than what you need, work out the surplus area you are paying for across a year. That number is usually what decides it.
How to send your measurements
Measure what is being covered
Length, width and height at the widest points, including anything that stays attached.
Decide the drop
How far down each side the cover must reach — usually to a securable point rather than to the ground.
Add the anchoring margin
At least half a metre all round, more in exposed locations.
Send the finished sheet size
Send both the calculated sheet size and what you are covering, so we can check the arithmetic before producing anything.

One-off sheets
Custom production has a minimum order quantity because a run is set up for a specific size. For a single sheet, the standard sizes on our Amazon and Flipkart listings are the practical route — buy the next size up and fold the surplus.

Custom order questions
Can I get a tarpaulin made in a size that is not sold as standard?
Yes. Custom dimensions are produced to order within the limits of our loom and lamination equipment. Send the finished size you need and it will be checked against manufacturing capability before quotation.
Is there a minimum quantity for a custom size?
Yes — custom production runs are set up for a specific size, so there is a minimum below which it is not viable. The figure depends on the size and GSM and is confirmed with your quotation.
Can you make a GSM that is not in your standard range?
Custom GSM values can be produced subject to manufacturing capability and minimum quantity. The producible GSM range is confirmed at enquiry.
Can I get a custom colour?
Custom colours can be produced on made-to-order runs subject to minimum quantity. Blue, yellow and transparent are the standard stocked colours.
Can my company name or logo be printed on the sheets?

How long does a custom order take?
