What we collect
Information you give us
Whatever you enter into an enquiry form: name, company, phone number, email address, location, and the details of your requirement including GSM, size, colour, quantity and application.
Technical information
Your IP address, browser user-agent string, and the page the enquiry was sent from. This is stored with the enquiry to help us respond in context and to identify automated form abuse.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled on this site, aggregate usage information is collected by the analytics provider. No analytics or advertising script is loaded unless it has been explicitly configured.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of the commercial conversation. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your agreement, and we do not sell them.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie when you interact with a form. It exists to protect the form against cross-site request forgery and to remember what you typed if a field needs correcting. It carries no advertising identifier. If analytics is enabled, that provider may set its own cookies as described in its policy.
How long we keep it
The retention period for enquiry records is a decision for Ashoka Poly Laminators Pvt. Ltd. and will be stated here as a specific duration once set; until then, an enquiry is kept only for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to it and to keep a record of the commercial conversation.
Who we share it with
Enquiry details are handled by our own team, stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure, and notification emails are delivered through our email provider. The named hosting and email providers will be listed here once confirmed.
Your rights
