Specification review
Your requirement is checked against real production capability: producible dimensions, GSM availability, colour and eyelet arrangement.
Written quotation
Confirmed finished size, minimum order quantity, packing configuration, lead time and price. Anything we cannot confirm is stated as such.
Production and inspection
Sheets are produced to the agreed specification and inspected before packing. Our quality page sets out which checks the factory has confirmed so far.
Packing and dispatch
Folded, packed and labelled to the agreed configuration for supply across India, or prepared for export where applicable.

Write the specification, not just the quantity
A quotation for "heavy duty tarpaulin" is not comparable between suppliers, because the term has no agreed definition. Two quotes at the same GSM can differ in finished dimension tolerance, eyelet material, edge construction and packing — all of which affect what arrives and how long it lasts.
If you are running a comparison, define these fields and ask every supplier to answer them in writing: material and construction, GSM with tolerance, finished dimensions with tolerance, colour, edge reinforcement, eyelet material and spacing, packing configuration, quantity per pack and total quantity. We would rather quote against a tight specification than win on an ambiguous one.

What is the minimum order quantity for bulk tarpaulin?
Minimum order quantity depends on GSM, size and whether the specification is standard or custom. It is confirmed at quotation against your specific requirement rather than published as a single figure.
How long does a bulk order take?
Lead time depends on quantity, specification and current production schedule, and is confirmed in writing at the quotation stage.
Can you produce a size that is not in your standard range?
Yes. Custom dimensions are produced to order within the limits of our loom and lamination equipment. Send the finished size you need and it will be checked against manufacturing capability before quotation.
Do you supply the same specification on repeat orders?
Yes — that is the main reason businesses buy direct from the manufacturer. Once a specification is agreed, subsequent orders are produced against the same one.
What information do you need to quote?
GSM, finished size, colour, quantity, where the sheets will be used and when you need them. Eyelet arrangement and packing configuration if you have a preference. Anything you leave open, we will ask about before quoting.
Do you supply test reports with bulk orders?
Available testing and documentation are confirmed against your enquiry. We publish only what the factory has confirmed rather than implying documentation exists before it does.
