Custom Manufacturing & OEM Capability
What a contract enquiry should contain
The more precisely a requirement is stated, the more precisely it can be quoted — and the less scope there is for a disappointing first delivery. These are the fields we work from.
| Field | What to state |
|---|---|
| Material and construction | Laminated woven HDPE, plus any construction requirement you are working to |
| GSM and tolerance | Nominal GSM and the tolerance band you can accept |
| Finished dimensions | Size after hemming, with acceptable variance |
| Colour | Standard blue, yellow or transparent, or a specified custom colour |
| Edge and eyelet | Reinforcement method, eyelet material, spacing and position |
| Printing / branding | Artwork, colours, coverage and position if private label |
| Packing | Fold, quantity per pack, marking, palletisation |
| Quantity and schedule | Order quantity, call-off pattern and required delivery window |
| Documentation | Inspection records or test reports you require with delivery |
Manufacturing capability
| Facility | Ashoka Poly Laminators Pvt. Ltd., Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India |
|---|---|
| Standard GSM produced | 80, 100, 120, 160, 180, 200 |
| In-line inspection | See our quality page for confirmed checks |
| Custom GSM range, producible limits, capacity, MOQ, lead time, printing, OEM & documentation | Confirmed directly by the factory for every enquiry — not published as a general figure. Discuss a contract requirement for a written answer |
Every field above the summary row is confirmed. Capability figures below it are answerable — against your specific enquiry, by the factory, in writing — but are not published generically, because a capability figure without a context is not useful to a procurement buyer.

Contract manufacturing questions
Do you undertake contract manufacturing for other brands?
Contract and private-label production is assessed against a specific requirement, including volume, specification and branding. Send the requirement and it will be reviewed against production capability before any commitment.
Can you produce to our written technical specification?
Yes. Send the specification and it will be checked field by field against what our equipment can produce. Where something is outside our capability we will say so rather than quote and hope.
What is your production capacity?
Monthly capacity is confirmed against a specific enquiry, because the answer depends on GSM, size and the current schedule. A single published figure would be misleading.
Can you print our branding on the sheets?
Printing capability, including colours, coverage and positioning, is confirmed per requirement rather than claimed generally.
What quality documentation accompanies contract production?
Available inspection records and test documentation are confirmed at enquiry. Our quality page publishes only the checks the factory has confirmed.
Who owns the tooling and specification in a contract arrangement?
Commercial terms including specification ownership and confidentiality are agreed in writing before production. They are not standardised here because they depend on the arrangement.
